How to order your doorStep 1. Look through the brochure or the website and decide which door would suit your home the best. Step 2. Use the enclosed price list to price your door and accessories. For DIY installation deduct £300 from the total price. Step 3. Click on the ‘Request Quote’ link on the web site (www.thedoorteam.co.uk) and complete the quote form. Alternatively contact us by phone / email with your choice of door. We can then answer any questions or special requests you may have. We will then produce an official written quote for your door. You will be able to view the quote, a drawing of your chosen door and the specification online. Step 4. If you are happy with our quote simply click on the ‘request survey’ button. We will arrange for a fitter to visit your home at a suitable time to take final measurements. During our visit we will answer any questions you may have before you make your purchase. The survey should only take 15 / 20 minutes and our staff will not attempt to get an order from you. Once we have the final measurements we will send you a final quote with details of how to pay the 50% deposit. Step 5. Your door will go into production once we have received your deposit. Within 10 / 15 working days your new door will be made and we will call to arrange a convenient date and time to complete your installation. |
