| We’ve taken big steps to reduce our own carbon footprint, too. The doors are made right here in the UK to order, unlike the products of other door companies. And we carefully plan and all our delivery routes to cut down the amount of fuel we use. Other suppliers look at our doors and go green with envy - we’re just greener.  |
We have no hidden costs - the price is displayed on all of our sales material and includes:
*** We can offer our doors on a supply only basis for Trade / DIY. Simply deduct £300 from the price for DIY installation All of our fitters are fully trained and insured. If you are interested in having a door fitted simply request a survey by completing the online form. An engineer will then call to arrange a convenient time to visit. We are very flexible with times and are very happy to visit during the evening or at the weekends. We know your life is busy and the last thing we want to do is to upset your timetable. The survey will only take about 10 / 15 minutes. We do not employ salesman or offer any commission to our engineers. Once the measuring has been done the engineer will talk through the options you have chosen and answer any questions you may have. You will then be left with a final price for your new door. On average a survey will take no more than 30 minutes and could be as short as 10 minutes if you have no questions. We will not ask for an order but we are sure that you will impressed with our products and want to go ahead. If you do decide to go ahead we will require a 50% deposit to be paid. Our doors are made to order to your exact sizes and any cancellation will result in us being unable to resell the door. We prefer Credit Card payments as these give you extra protection from the credit card company. The lead time is only two / three weeks from order to fitting so there is no long wait to start enjoying your new door. Once your door has been manufactured we will give you a call to arrange a suitable fitting time. It takes about 3 / 4 hours to fit a door and this can be arranged to fit around your life style. We can fit during the day or at the weekend but as we will be removing the old door your house will be exposed to any wind or cold during the fitting period. If it is raining we may have to arrange another time to fit your door as your house will be exposed to the elements for a short while. |
